Both columns are the same recording. The left is what a transcriber gives you, which is what Win+H gives you. The right is what arrives when a mode is doing the shaping, and it arrives directly in the message box with no second pass. The same mechanism solves the fixed-command-list problem, and it is worth understanding why, because it is not obvious. The AI receives the complete literal transcript, including any words you spoke as instructions.
